Q. How do the cleaners gain access to property?

A. Clients must provide access ability once a service agreement has been approved.

Q. Will a copy of the key be kept?

A. Upon completion of Move In/Out and Post Construction Cleanings, all keys will be returned to the client and/or placed in the appropriate lock box. For Commercial Accounts, all keys will be locked and maintained in a safe place.

Q. Is there a fee if cleaners are unable to access the property?

A. Yes. If cleaners arrive at and cannot access a client's property, a $150 inconvenience fee will be assessed immediately. This fee will cover the expenses incurred to service the client, and will not be waived.
