I9 (Employment Eligibility Verification)
Done Wright Cleaning Services LLC is required by federal law to verify the employment eligibility and identity for all of its employees by completing an I9 form for each employee at the time of hire. Employees must complete and sign Section 1 of Form I9 no later than the first day of employment, but not before accepting a job offer.
Who must complete an I9 Form: All new Done Wright Cleaning Services LLC employees (e.g., temporary/part-time and Rehires)
Acceptable I9 Document Lists: Within the first 3 business days of employment, employees must provide documentation to Done Wright Cleaning Services LLC that establishes both identity and employment eligibility by including either one document from List A OR one document each from List B and List C. Please refer to the actual form for further instructions.
